Had a good experience here, the food was really good and everything was clean and organized. Estefany, whose name was on my receipt, was really nice and greeted me with a smile, packed my groceries carefully and said goodbye with a smile too. I wish all the cashiers had the same attitude, definitely coming back!🤩👌🏻

Very disappointed with the customer service at this H Mart. The cashier was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I have a wrist injury, so I politely asked if she could please help me bag my groceries. She simply refused and made no effort to assist me. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the store was not busy at all, and there was no one waiting behind me in line. She was not being rushed and could have easily helped me for a moment. I wasn't asking for help because I didn't want to bag my own groceries—I asked because I have a wrist injury and genuinely needed some assistance. A little courtesy and compassion would have gone a long way. I've shopped at H Mart expecting much better customer service than what I experienced today. Management should address this and make sure employees understand the importance of treating customers professionally and providing reasonable assistance when someone needs help because of an injury.

They sell rotten food and refuse to make exchanges without a receipt. Who saves their grocery store receipts these days?!! Maybe old people. If I could give the store a zero I would. Yesterday I went to purchase $100 worth of fruit and in that purchase I got a pink glow pineapple that was in a box so I couldn’t check that it was already rotten. ROTTEN FRUIT being sold

Everything you need, Asian inspired, you’ll find here. Everytime I visit my family in NY, we always make a stop here for snacks, sushi, and ramen soup packs. The store is always organized, clean, and always well kept, everything seems to always be in order, easy to locate. One thing to know that after 7pm, all suchi and hand rolls are 50% off, for can definitely get some good tasting items at this shop, and you can’t go wrong with the price.

I bought a box of mangoes that looked perfect from the outside, but when I cut them open the next day, almost every one was black and rotten inside. Completely inedible and disgusting. I contacted customer service, but they refused to do anything since it had been “more than 24 hours.” Very disappointing quality and poor customer service. I won’t be buying from them again.
